General

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases (contracts, deliveries, and other services included) from A Blank Page on www.ablankpage-paper.com.
‘A Blank Page’, ‘us’, or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this webshop. ‘You’ refers to the customer of A Blank Page.

Please take a moment to read these terms carefully before placing an order or booking a service. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from your legal guardians. Completing an order or confirming a proposal constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Orders or bookings made before changes are processed according to the previous version.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Orders & Agreements

Products (webshop)
After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once we process and ship your order, a shipping confirmation email confirms acceptance and the formation of a contract.

If we cannot accept your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability), we will contact you and refund any payments made.

Photography sessions & services
For photography sessions (including Imprints of Presence), you will receive a personalised proposal or quotation.

A booking is confirmed once you have agreed to the proposal in writing (e.g. via email)
The session takes place as agreed
Payment is made after the session, based on the agreed terms

Product Availability

Products are often limited and may run out of stock. We cannot guarantee availability at the time of your order.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will provide an estimated availability date. If a product is permanently unavailable, we will contact you and refund your payment.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post / B-Post unless otherwise agreed. Products in stock are shipped within the timeframe stated on the website, once full payment is received.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Additional costs such as tolls, taxes, customs duties, or currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

Delivery times (guideline only):

Switzerland: 3 business days after shipment
Europe: 5–10 business days after shipment

Custom or bespoke orders may have different production and shipping times, which will be confirmed in writing.

Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). According to Swiss VAT law, no VAT is charged (small business exemption). Shipping costs are displayed separately.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices listed at the time of your order or agreement will apply.

Webshop orders are paid in advance via PayPal or bank transfer
Photography sessions and bespoke services are invoiced after completion, unless agreed otherwise

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

This right does not apply to products made to your specifications or personalized items.

To withdraw, email us at ablankpage.paper@gmail.com. Return the product within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Items must be returned in good condition and, if possible, in original packaging. Damaged or used items may result in deductions from your refund.

Some products and services are created on request or developed in close collaboration.

Production starts after agreement
Custom or bespoke work cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun

By working with A Blank Page, you acknowledge and trust the artistic direction and style presented on the website.

Photography is delivered in a consistent, personal style
RAW or unedited files are not provided
Handmade paper works may vary in texture, tone, and form

These variations and interpretations are part of the character of the work.

Handmade Paper

All paper used in our work is created by hand through a slow and tactile process. Each sheet is formed, pressed, and dried individually.

As a result, no two pieces are ever the same. Variations in texture, thickness, edges, tone, and small irregularities are a natural part of the process and reflect the character of handmade paper.

These subtle differences are not imperfections, but an essential part of the material and the craft. By purchasing a piece, you acknowledge and embrace this uniqueness.

However, screens may vary in color display, and products may differ slightly from images. Each handmade item is unique and may vary in size, color, or form.
